WorkPro’s Biometric Facial Verification solution adds a critical layer of security by performing a "liveness test" to confirm that the person is who they claim to be. It verifies facial characteristics against a photo ID document, significantly reducing the risk of identity fraud.
DVS
Once the information from the document has been extracted, WorkPro’s DVS instantly cross-checks the identity document with the Australian Federal Government’s database to verify its authenticity in real-time.
ID Vault
WorkPro’s ‘ID Vault’ is designed to secure stored validated candidate identity documents. Its end-to-end encryption provides assurance for an individual that their documents are stored and managed appropriately and they are in control of who has access to them. For organisations, it reduces the need to retain sensitive documentation, offering a streamlined solution for document access and management.

DOCUMENT VERIFICATION SERVICE (DVS)
WorkPro achieved accreditation as a Gateway Service Provider for the Attorney-General’s Document Verification Service (DVS), which allows us to verify a candidate’s identity in real-time. This is done by cross-checking their identity documents—such as passports or driver licences—against government records.
For HR teams, talent managers, and staffing agencies, DVS provides an instant, reliable, and consistent verification process that meets stringent compliance requirements. BIOMETRIC FACIAL RECOGNITION
Biometric Facial Recognition confirms that the individual submitting the document is the same person depicted in it. This is done through a ‘liveness test’, which involves verifying the image and comparing them against the identity document provided.
For recruiters, this means no longer needing to rely solely on documents to verify identity or physically seeing the candidate - now they can be confident that they are onboarding the right person, every time. ID VAULT

The eligible documents processed through Document Analysis and validated against the Australian government’s DVS for authenticity will be automatically stored in the ID Vault. Users can also safely upload their identity documents, licences, and accreditations for verification which includes automated expiry notifications to ensure ongoing compliance and document management.
