Here's how it works

WorkPro has integrated Jobfit’s occupational health and medical services into the WorkPro platform, providing customers with a simple way to administer work related medical checks.

Customers can take advantage of the power of Jobfit from the WorkPro interface, conveniently centralising a comprehensive range of workforce compliance services, and delivering a single experience to candidates.

WorkPro will work with customers to pre-configure the necessary medical checks, then allow customers to quickly select and send a candidate request allow with a preferred appointment date. The candidate will activate the request, and WorkPro’s appointed Jobfit administrator will personally contact the candidate to confirm the date, time, and location for the appointment.

All check statuses can be tracked and viewed within the WorkPro administrator dashboard, and customers can rely on smart email notifications and a secure method to view all confidential medical reports.

All services are invoiced monthly in arrears.
How to get set up

There are a couple of options to start using the service:

Already a Jobfit Customer?

We will work with Jobfit to configure your packages within the WorkPro platform. WorkPro will transition to invoice you in the future but you will continue to enjoy the commercial arrangements you have with Jobfit and we will just charge you a small annual fee to use the integration.

If you are not a Jobfit customer, WorkPro can work with you to be set up within 1-2 business days.

All you’ll need to do is confirm the medical checks you wish to use and which of your WorkPro sites should have access to the service.WorkPro will then liaise with Jobfit to establish your account and medical packages for use within 24 hours. You can then utilise the medical check service directly and seamlessly from WorkPro for every check you require. We will be responsible for invoicing the service.
