COVID-19 Vaccination Collection Notice
To manage your WorkPro profile we collect and process COVID-19 vaccination information:
- With your consent, to aid in streamlining the administration of employee screening, onboarding, induction, and workforce compliance.
- To ensure a requesting organisation’s compliance with public health laws or directions applicable to a requesting organisation from time to time.
If you fail to provide the requested vaccination information, WorkPro may not be able to validate your profile, and a requesting organisation may not be able to provide its employment-related services.
By uploading your vaccination information, you understand that:
- You are providing WorkPro with medical information regarding your COVID-19 vaccination status.
- By entering your unique Token provided to you by a requesting organisation, a representative of that organisation may be able to view your COVID-19 vaccination information.
- Once your COVID-19 vaccination information is entered and/or the document is uploaded, it is automatically locked and not visible to any other organisation until you enter your unique Token.
- You may withdraw consent at any time (subject to whether the collection is authorised or required by law).
Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you may access your personal information, seek correction of your personal information, and how we will deal with a complaint.
